Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill number, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday through Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
All claims for damage or loss must be made against the delivering carrier within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Original packaging materials must be retained for inspection by carrier.
